The Journey Has Begun

It was September of 2014 when one of the Leader and Mentor of Juan 1n Christ Single Ministry Mr. Tomi Shane K. Ng. initiative to take the GLC 1 every Sunday at CCF Saint Francis and with the help of  Sir  Anthony Roberto, Sir Arvi De Veyra the people who teach us during GLC 1, maraming salamat po!

When we started to do this training is to help each one of us to have a deep relationship with Jesus
To know God more and to uplift our confidence  
 about Jesus. This initiative was started after our
Juan 1n Christ Season 2 Encounter (September 06 and 07, 2014).

When I look back those days, hindi naging madali ang paglalakbay dahil kaylangan every Sunday kang pumunta,Umulan,Umaraw at bumagyo at kahit na minsan masama ang pakiramdam tuloy ka parin.

After our GLC 1 we pursue to study GLC 2, During those time we encounter difficulties with regards to the venue where we gather, but through the help of our God, a good Samaritan offer his place Sir George A. Marcelo Jr. and his wife Ate Charo.

 From that place we transfer to Shangrila Figaro Coffee Shop to McDonald El Pueblo.

Because of inconvenient gathering at restaurant or fast food shop, we talk my D-Group Leader Sir. Leo Mata if possible we can use the Elevate lobby every Sunday for our gathering so that we have a very convenient place. Thank you to God and Sir Leo for his approval.

Palipat lipat man kami ng place,hindi sya naging hadlang para matupad  namin ang aming mga pangarap na matapos namin ang GLC 2.

Hindi naging madali ang journey dahil sa mga samut saring mga problemang kinaharap, nandyan yung mga complicated issue we encounter,venue ,weather,at higit sa lahat  financial.

Because of some issue we encounter ,we lost again a place to gather, but no one stop us to pursue because God is very gracious to us that he allow us to use the 7 11 at Tiendisitas.

Thank you GLC volunteer, staff and leader for allowing a Home Class type or Small group type learning of GLC 2, using USB. Last October 18,2015 we finished the Last session of GLC 2.

"For we walk by faith, not by sight"

Yes we need to walk by Faith because without faith, I think we will not finished this GLC.

It is a privilege to serve this Group and be part of the core leader, upon meditating and thinking na tapos na pala,

May mga bagay akong natutunan na nais kong ibahagi sa inyo.

1. Commitment

• For me Commitment means, stop complaining and excuses, If I rate myself 1-100, maybe 80%,dahil minsan may mga araw na tinatamad akong pumunta, tanghali ako magising or tinotopak, subalit kapag naalala ko na meron kaming goal at para kay God at sa mga attendees, ipinagpapatuloy ko. Umulan,umaraw, may kalamidad man o wala, maganda man ang pakiramdam ko o hindi, kaylangan bumangon ka at pumunta sa meeting place

2. Consistent

• Kaylangan tuloy tuloy ka lang kahit na ilan ang attendees mo, dalawa,tatlo o wala kaylangan tuloy mo lang,kaylangan always present ka, hindi kaylangan nakadepende sa dami ng tao,sa kasama mo or kahit kanino sabi nga ng mga artista "The Show Must go On"

 

3. Conducive

Kaylangan kahit ano man ang magiging situation, ano man ang problema kinakaharap,
Bumagyo man katulad noong Lingo si storm "Lando", kaylangan matuto kang mag adjust,hindi kaylangan tahimik,maayos ang lugar,malayo o malapit, kaylangan ang iniisip mo lahat possible, dapat mangyari at dapat tapusin ang isang bagay, kung ano ang nasimulan dapat lang naman tapusin.


4. Servant Leader

Privilege to be a core leader of this ministry, subalit sa kabila ng lahat na hindi madali mag lead ng isang ministry, Dahil kahit na minsan ayaw mo na yung ginagawa mo, oh di naman kaya tinatamad ka na sa ginagawa mo, or hindi sa iyo favor ang lahat, You must need to pray,care and share. You must need to become selfless to be able to lead and accomplish something.

October 18,2015 at 711 Tiendisitas we finish our last Session of GLC 2.

To you brother and sister in Juan 1n Christ your GLC 1 and 2 Session is not yet end it just "The Journey Has Begun" it is not matter what we know, it is matter we apply what we know.
